Taylormade TP5x is their longest, fastest tour ball that they manufacture. It features a five layer design, four of which are characterized by higher levels of stiffness, all wrapped by a urethane-cast cover. The result is unmatched distance from the Tee and approach shots, without losing the feel of scoring shots.

More Aerodynamics and a The New Tour Fly Dimple Pattern

A new pattern for 2021, the Tour Flight Dimple pattern unlocks the next level of aerodynamics. While still encouraging maximum carrying distances, it also has a high angle of descent to slow down the power, particularly with long irons that are positioned into the green.

Improved Greenside Spin & Feel

Without sacrificing any of the ingredients that make the TP5x an industry leading player in both distance and speed, Taylormade have added a more supple urethane covering to increase groove interaction with the green to provide greater spin and a better feeling.

The Path to Distance

The path to greater distance is now more efficient thanks to the new TP5x. This year’s brand new model started with the ideal spin and launch conditions that are provided by our five layers construction. After it’s introduction of HFM speed layer, the speed of ball were increased. Now they have added advanced aerodynamics using the latest dimple pattern for tour flight.
